The hotel sits in the Leopoldstadt area, a calm residential neighbourhood with a market, supermarket, and several restaurants within a few hundred metres. The nearest underground stations (U2 and U4 lines) are a short walk, giving direct access to the Prater amusement park and the Giant Ferris Wheel (2 km east). The city centre is reachable in a 15-20-minute walk or a quick tram/metro ride. For airport transfers, a taxi takes about 40 minutes and costs €30-40. Parking on site is available but limited and must be reserved.

All rooms feature modern furniture, a seating area, a work desk, and heating. Bedrooms are soundproofed, though road-facing rooms can experience some noise. Rooms do not have air conditioning - during hot weather, a fan is provided, which some find noisy. There is no minibar, kettle, or safe in the room; a shared guest kitchen on the ground floor offers a fridge, kettle, and cooking facilities. Some ground-floor or interior rooms have frosted windows and limited natural light. Double beds may feel soft. Extra beds are fold-out sofa-beds (some report them as hard) or bunk beds in family rooms. Baby cots are available on request.
