Praterstern station (U1, U2, S-Bahn, buses) is across the street, with direct trains to Vienna International Airport in about 20 minutes. The Prater amusement park and parkland are a 2-minute walk, and St. Stephen's Cathedral is 15 minutes on foot or a short metro ride. The neighbourhood offers a supermarket (Billa) and numerous restaurants and cafés within a 5-minute radius, including traditional bakeries and international cuisine. The building has no external signage, so follow the precise check-in instructions provided.

Rooms are arranged in an apartment-style layout with 3-4 bedrooms, each housing up to 12 single beds. Beds have comfortable mattresses and outlets at reach, but no privacy curtains. Some rooms offer a view of the Prater Wheel. Lockers are available (bring your own padlock). There is no air conditioning - windows must be opened for ventilation, which makes traffic noise from the intersection audible. Earplugs are recommended. Rooms are cleaned daily, and fresh towels and bedding are provided. The space includes a wardrobe, sofa, and dining area in some rooms.

The kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and all cookware and utensils. Complimentary tea, coffee, and sometimes pastries are provided. There is no restaurant on site, but the immediate area offers a variety of dining options within a 5-minute walk, including bakeries, cafes, and international takeaway. Supermarkets at Praterstern station supply groceries for self-catering.
