However, several reports note that the streets around the metro station and the hotel can feel unsafe, especially at night, due to groups loitering and drug-related activity. Travellers arriving late or solo may prefer to take a taxi or ride-share from the station. For daytime exploration, the metro and bus network make it easy to reach central sights.

Guest rooms are basic but functional: each has a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, and provided toiletries (shower gel and soap). Bed options include double, twin, and triple (with two beds).
