MGM SIGNATURE-37-814 1BR 2BA F1 PITS VIEW BALCONY, Las Vegas

The property sits slightly south of the main Strip action, set back from the immediate pedestrian traffic, which makes the tower noticeably quieter than casino-front hotels. Reaching the Strip itself involves a 10 to 15-minute walk through the MGM Grand foot court and casino floor. This distance is offset by the quieter environment and the easy access to the MGM Signature's own pool area, which tends to be less crowded. Free on-site public parking is available (no reservation required), a real asset for those who prefer to park rather than pay resort fees at Strip hotels. For car-free travel, the airport is only 1km away and the tram stop at the MGM Grand provides access to the rest of the Strip. The location is well suited to visitors with plans at the MGM Grand or nearby attractions, and the proximity to the airport ensures a short transfer time upon arrival.

The accommodation is a spacious 1bedroom, 2bathroom suite on the 37th floor of Tower3, offering an open-plan layout with a living room, a well-fitted kitchen (stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware), and a large balcony with views over the airport and surrounding area. The two full bathrooms include a master bath with two large vanity counters, a separate toilet, and a jacuzzi bathtub, while the second bathroom adds flexibility for groups or families. The unit is equipped with air conditioning, heating, a tea and coffee maker, an ironing set, a dining table, and a TV with cable channels. The balcony stays open, which is less typical for high-rise Las Vegas suites, allowing for fresh air and direct views. The suite is set up for self-sufficient stays, with a kitchen that supports meal preparation and multiple towels and sundries provided. The unit is noted for being clean and comfortable, with good curtains for sleeping and a desk area for work if needed.

This suite has no dedicated restaurant or bar, so guests who prefer to dine out will need to eat at one of the many restaurants within a short walk of the property. The MGM Grand foot court (5 minutes on foot) and the casino level of the MGM complex offer a wide range of dining options, from casual fast food to fine dining. For those who prefer to eat in, the kitchen is well equipped with a stovetop, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and cookware, making it possible to prepare breakfast, lunch, or dinner. There is no breakfast service available on site, and breakfast is not included in the booking price. The kitchen is particularly useful for longer stays or for travellers who wish to save on daily dining costs.

The property provides free access to a well-equipped fitness centre and an outdoor swimming pool with a hot tub. The pool area is exclusive to MGM Signature guests and tends to be much quieter and less crowded than the main MGM Grand pools, making it a relaxed spot for swimming or lounging. The pool and hot tub are only open between 09:00 and 16:00, so early afternoons or late mornings are the best times to use them. For golf enthusiasts, a golf course is located within 3km of the property. The on-site casino is also available for those interested in gaming, though it is shared with the broader MGM Grand complex.

All key services are geared toward a self-sufficient stay: free WiFi is available in all areas, free public parking is provided on site (no reservation possible-first come, first served), and the building has a lift to all floors. There is no airport shuttle, but the proximity to Harry Reid International Airport (1km) means a taxi or rideshare trip is short and inexpensive. A damage deposit of approximately $300 is required at check-in and is processed by the front desk; it is released after check-out. The property operates a strict no-pets and non-smoking policy throughout. There is no concierge or luggage storage service, but the in-room ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning are provided. The front desk has been described as friendly and helpful, and communication from the rental company is proactive. The presence of an ice machine close by and a TV with cable channels are minor but practical extras.
