MILAN RETREATS BRERA, Milan

The Brera neighbourhood is a cultural and fashionable hub, filled with designer shops, galleries, and a wide array of restaurants and cafes - including Eataly, Princi, and Osteria La Vecchia Lira within a 5-minute walk. For sightseeing: Brera Art Gallery is less than 1 km away, Sforzesco Castle at 1 km, and La Scala and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II are each 1 km from the apartment. The Moscova metro station (250 metres) provides direct rail access across the city, and tram lines connect directly to Milan Central Station. Milan Linate Airport is 10 km away; a paid airport shuttle can be arranged.

Each unit features parquet flooring, a flat-screen TV, a seating area with a dining table, and a washing machine. Bed configurations include a double bed plus a sofa bed in the living area, suitable for one adult and a child. Some apartments offer a balcony with city views. The properties are described as newly renovated, clean, and spacious, with comfortable beds and two types of pillows. A wardrobe and ironing facilities are provided. Units on higher floors tend to be quieter; those above street-level bars may experience some noise. Free toiletries, a hairdryer, and a bidet are standard in every bathroom.

The kitchenette is fitted with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, kettle, tea and coffee maker, and kitchenware. Complimentary coffee capsules and water are provided on arrival. For those who prefer to eat out, the immediate area is dense with restaurants, including Bomaki Foppa, Rossopomodoro, Panarello Pasticceria, and Alice Pizza, all within a 5-minute walk. The apartment is also steps from Eataly, a large Italian food hall. No on-site restaurant or bar is operated by the property, making the kitchen and nearby dining the primary meal options.

Sempione Park, located just behind Sforzesco Castle and within a 15-minute walk, provides green space for jogging, picnics, and outdoor relaxation. The Brera district itself, with its galleries and boutiques, offers a cultural leisure experience. For families, the spacious apartment layouts and in-unit washing machine make stays with children easier. No gym, pool, spa, or sauna is present on the property.

Check-in is a self-service process with clear instructions and 24/7 WhatsApp support from the management team. Private check-in/check-out and an invoice service are provided. A free luggage storage option is available near Duomo Square, allowing guests to explore the city before check-in or after check-out. The building has a lift and key access for security; smoke alarms and fire extinguishers are installed. Cots can be provided upon request. No pets are allowed, and the entire property is non-smoking. The management team communicates proactively, often checking in daily to ensure everything is satisfactory. No parking is available on site, but the nearest private parking can be arranged.
