Hotel Details

Location

Quiet residential neighbourhood in Shibuya, a 10-minute walk from Hatagaya Station and 21 km from Haneda Airport.
The property sits in a calm, safe part of Shibuya, surrounded by local restaurants, convenience stores, and shops. Hatagaya Station is about 10 minutes on foot, offering a direct line to Shinjuku in around 10 minutes. Haneda Airport is 21 km away. Taxis can be difficult to find in the area, so the metro is the most reliable option for getting around. Nearby parks include Hikawa Park and Minamidaiicho Park, both within a short walk.

Dining

No on-site dining, but the surrounding streets are lined with local eateries and convenience stores.
The property does not offer breakfast, a restaurant, or a bar. The neighbourhood has a good range of places to eat within a 5-10-minute walk, including ramen, curry, Italian, Indian, and Asian options. A 7-Eleven and a supermarket are also nearby. The full kitchen in each unit allows guests to prepare their own meals.

Leisure

No on-site wellness or leisure facilities beyond the essentials of a compact apartment.
There is no pool, spa, gym, sauna, or communal leisure area. The property is best used as a practical base for exploring Tokyo, with local parks and neighbourhood walks as the primary leisure options.

Amenities

Free Wi-Fi, express check-in/out, key-access entry, and luggage storage available after 12:00 on check-in day.
The property provides free Wi-Fi in all areas. Check-in is express and self-service via key access. Luggage can be stored in the room from 12:00 on check-in day, but not earlier. There is no daily housekeeping, but a washing machine in each unit helps with self-service laundry. The building has fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, and key-access security. No parking, airport transfer, or elevator. Guests must be at least 18 years old to stay.

Top Strategic Tips

  • 01

Choose a room on the first floor if you have heavy luggage, as there is no lift and stairs are the only option to reach the second floor.

  • 02

Pack earplugs and an eye mask - thin walls and ceilings mean noise travels easily, and the loft area lets in significant morning light.

  • 03

Arrive after 16:00 check-in; luggage cannot be stored in the room before 12:00 on the day of check-in.

  • 04

Use the nearby Hatagaya Station for quick metro access to Shinjuku and central Tokyo.
