MITHOUARD APARTMENTS, Paris

The apartment is perfectly placed for sightseeing: the Eiffel Tower is a 15-20 minute walk, and the Rodin Museum, d'Orsay Museum, Les Invalides, and the Louvre are all within easy reach. The metro station (line 13) is directly opposite the building, providing quick access across the city. Paris-Orly Airport is 14 km away; no airport shuttle is available. The neighbourhood is safe and quiet, with numerous restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and a park across the street. For shorter trips, Vélib bike-share stations are nearby.

Each apartment includes a private bathroom with a shower, a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, a coffee machine, and a kettle. Kitchens come with a fridge, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. The Deluxe One-Bedroom Apartment (second floor) has a balcony; the Duplex Two-Bedroom Apartment has two bathrooms. Beds are comfortable, and some units have a real double bed plus a double sofa bed that can accommodate 4-5 people. The lift (elevator) is small and does not reach the ground floor - you must climb a narrow spiral staircase to the lift entrance. The building is above a metro line, so apartment vibrations and occasional street noise may affect light sleepers. The apartments are older but some have recently renovated bathrooms. Windowless bedrooms and limited air conditioning in some units may affect summer comfort.

There is no restaurant at the property, so all dining is self-catered or external. Each apartment has a well-equipped kitchenette with a stovetop, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, and toaster, making it easy to prepare meals. The immediate area offers an excellent choice of dining, including Restaurant Lily Wang (0.5 km), Ly Lan (0.5 km), Bombona (0.5 km), Le Grand Bistro de Breteuil (0.5 km), and Coutume Cafe (0.5 km). Supermarkets and grocery shops are also nearby for supplies. Breakfast is not available on site, but local bakeries and cafés serve fresh pastries and coffee.

The property does not have its own pool, spa, sauna, or fitness facilities. A children's park is directly across the road, and the quiet neighbourhood is pleasant for walking and jogging. The main points of interest - Eiffel Tower, Les Invalides, Rodin Museum, and d'Orsay Museum - are all within a 15-25 minute walk, making the entire city your leisure ground. For cycling, Vélib bike stations are nearby, and the metro provides fast access to all Paris attractions.

Wi-Fi is free in the rooms, though performance can vary as the connection is shared across several apartments. The building has a lift (starting from the first floor, not the ground) and express/private check-in and check-out. A washing machine is available in some apartments, but there is no dryer. Baby cots can be provided but bedding is not included due to sanitary reasons. There is no on-site parking, no luggage storage (paid service only), and no airport shuttle. Cleaning services are not included during the stay unless pre-arranged. The property accepts Visa and MasterCard. The building is non-smoking throughout.
