The property is also about 20 minutes on foot from Gare du Nord and about 30 minutes from Orly airport by taxi. Public transport from this area to Disneyland and Charles de Gaulle Airport is possible via Metro line 4 to the RER A line. The immediate streets have a school, so some morning noise may be expected. The location is considered safe and offers good access to both local life and major attractions.

Rooms range from private single, twin, double, and family rooms (up to 4 people) with private bathrooms, to single-sex and mixed dormitory beds with shared shower rooms. All private rooms are upstairs, with dormitory rooms on the ground floor. Room sizes vary; private rooms measure about 17 m2 and include air conditioning, heating, a wardrobe, safe, and some have a balcony or views of Sacré-Cœur. Some rooms have been noted as having stained walls, mould, or dated furnishings. Beds in some rooms are separate twin mattresses pushed together. Upper-floor rooms have no lift.
