The hotel is situated on Rue Saint-Antoine, a 5-minute walk from Place de la Bastille and a 20-minute walk from Notre Dame and the Pompidou Centre. Bastille Metro station (lines 1, 5, 8) is 100 metres away, providing direct access to the Louvre and Champs-Élysées. The area is pedestrian-friendly with excellent bus connections. Many bakeries, cafés, and restaurants are within a 2-minute walk, and the Seine and Île Saint-Louis are 15 minutes on foot. For drivers, no on-site parking exists; the nearest public car park is a 7-10 minute walk. Charles de Gaulle Airport is 25 km from the hotel.

Room types include single, double, twin, and triple rooms. Double rooms have one double bed; triple rooms have a double and a single bed. All rooms are non-smoking, include soundproofing (some rooms), heating, a desk, wardrobe, and free toiletries. Some rooms offer a terrace (single room) or views of the interior courtyard. Note that room sizes are compact, typical for central Paris. Attic rooms have low ceilings. Some bathrooms have an open shower without separation, and in a few rooms the toilet is within the sleeping area without a door. Road-facing rooms may experience street noise, while courtyard-facing rooms are quieter. No rooms have balconies. Daily housekeeping is provided.
