The location is a practical base for exploring the central area of Puerto Vallarta. The beach (Camarones) is 300 metres away, and the Malecón is roughly 600 metres on foot. Public bus stops are within half a block, with routes to the airport and other parts of the city. The area is walkable for dining, shopping, and attractions, with many restaurants, convenience stores (Oxxo), and grocery shops nearby. Guests arriving by car benefit from the free on-site parking, and the hotel's position away from the loudest tourist strips often results in a quieter street environment. The sports centre is four blocks away.

Accommodation includes a suite with one king-size bed and a balcony overlooking mountains, a studio with four beds and a terrace, a twin room with two single beds, and a double room with two double beds and a balcony (some with sea views). All rooms have a private bathroom with a shower. Air conditioning and a fan are standard, along with a flat-screen TV with cable channels. There is no fridge, safe, or coffee maker in the rooms. Rooms are described as comfortable and well-maintained, with decent bed linens. Rooms facing the road can pick up some street noise, while rooms further from the street are quieter. The lack of a lift means climbing stairs, though ground-floor rooms are available.

The hotel does not operate a restaurant or bar. A simple complimentary breakfast is provided daily, consisting of coffee (often mentioned as good quality), toast, and marmalade - served in the lobby area. The breakfast is basic but appreciated as a free offering. For fuller meals, the surrounding streets are packed with dining options within a 300-metre walk, including Mexican seafood, Thai, and taco spots such as Tacon de Marlin, Pepe's Tacos, and Narisa's Thai Cuisine. Several cafés and grocery stores are also within easy walking distance.

Leisure facilities are limited to the sun terrace and some outdoor furniture on the patio. The beach is three blocks away for swimming or sunbathing. For other recreation, the sports centre is four blocks from the hotel. The hotel does not offer organised leisure programmes.

Parking consists of a free private on-site lot that can accommodate cars and motorbikes; reservation is not needed. Daily housekeeping is included at no extra cost.
