Location

Situated in Montmartre, a 13-minute walk from Pigalle Metro, 1 km from Sacré-Coeur, and 2 km from Gare Saint-Lazare.
The apartment is in a safe, vibrant area within walking distance of numerous cafes, bars, patisseries, fromageries, and supermarkets. Sacré-Coeur is nearby, as is an ice-skating rink. Gare de Nord is a 15-minute Uber ride, and Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is 20 km away. The quiet street setting offers a peaceful base while keeping the Montmartre atmosphere close.

Accommodation

This spacious apartment has two bedrooms, a private bathroom with shower, and a balcony with classic French doors.
The apartment features parquet floors, a seating area with sofa, dining table, fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen with stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchenware, and washing machine. Beds are very comfortable, and each room has a large window. The private entrance and no-smoking policy add to the comfort. Suitable for families with cots available, and the romantic decor makes it popular for couples.

Dining

A fully equipped kitchen allows self-catering, with numerous restaurants, cafes, and food shops within a short walk.
Guests can prepare meals using the stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and kitchenware. Nearby dining options include Le Petit 18 Eme, La Dinette de Louis, Les Loups de la Butte, and Mademoiselle Raymonde, all within 0.5 km. The property itself does not offer a restaurant or breakfast service, so the kitchen and surrounding eateries are the primary meal options.

Leisure

An ice-skating rink is located nearby, and the Montmartre area provides cultural and leisure opportunities.
The immediate vicinity includes Sacré-Coeur for sightseeing and walks. There are no on-site wellness facilities such as a pool, gym, or spa. The apartment's balcony and fireplace create a cozy indoor leisure space, while the vibrant neighbourhood offers cafes and bars for downtime.
