The hotel sits on a quiet side street that is still within a minute's walk of the main boulevards. Charles de Gaulle - Étoile station (metro lines 1, 2, 6 and RER A) provides direct access to La Défense, the Louvre, the Eiffel Tower, Disneyland Paris, and the rest of central Paris. The Rodin Museum is 16 minutes away by taxi or 23 minutes by public transport. Bus lines 22, 30, 31, 52, 73, 92 and the Balabus also stop nearby. For those driving, the Porte Maillot and Porte Dauphine exits are the recommended approach. Multiple restaurants, cafés and a Carrefour supermarket are within a 5-minute walk. The surrounding neighbourhood is well lit, busy and considered safe, with a pharmacy just around the corner.

All rooms include air conditioning (which may be centrally switched off in cooler months), heating, soundproofing, a flat-screen satellite TV, minibar, electric kettle, safe, and a private bathroom with shower or bathtub. Family rooms are interconnected and located on the top floor - one room has a balcony and the other has a bathtub. Some double rooms also have a small balcony. Rooms can feel compact, especially with extra beds or for families with a pushchair; a triple room is recommended for 3 adults or 2 adults with a child over 7. Basement and ground-floor rooms near the reception and breakfast area can be darker and noisier, so a higher-floor room away from these areas is a better choice for light sleepers. Towels are changed daily, and L'Occitane toiletries are supplied. Minibar with fridge is available in every room.

Breakfast is offered as a buffet in a dedicated dining room. The selection typically includes fresh bread, croissants, pain au chocolat, fruit, cereal, yoghurt, boiled eggs, sausage, juice and hot drinks. The breakfast room is small and can be crowded at peak times, so arriving a little later may be more comfortable. For those who prefer to eat out, the surrounding area has a wide range of restaurants, cafés and fast-food options within a 2-5 minute walk - including Italian, Thai, and French bistros. The hotel does not have its own restaurant or bar for evening meals. Free pastries and fruit-infused water are offered in the lobby throughout the day.

The 24-hour front desk can assist with local information, taxi booking and express check-in/out. Luggage storage is available on the day of arrival only - the hotel cannot store bags for multiple days before check-in. Daily housekeeping is included; laundry and dry cleaning are available at an additional charge. A safety deposit box is provided in each room.
