The hotel is set in the heart of Bloomsbury, 200 m from the British Museum and less than a five-minute walk from the Dominion Theatre. Prince Edward Theatre is 500 m away, and many West End theatres, restaurants and attractions are within a 10- to 15-minute walk. Tottenham Court Road underground station (0.5 km) is the nearest tube stop, with direct Elizabeth Line services to Paddington and Heathrow. Euston Station is a 10-minute walk, making it convenient for rail connections. Shops, cafés and dining options on Tottenham Court Road, Oxford Street and in Soho are all within easy reach.

Accommodation types include single rooms, double rooms, triple rooms, twin/double rooms and one-bedroom apartments. All rooms have a private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer and free toiletries, plus a desk, flat-screen TV, tea/coffee maker, wardrobe and safe. Some single rooms include a small fridge and access to a patio. One-bedroom apartments have a kitchenette with a refrigerator and microwave, and can be configured with two single beds and a double bed or four single beds, sleeping up to four people. Air conditioning and heating are available in all rooms. Rooms are located from lower ground floor up to the fourth floor; no lift is available, only stairs. As the property occupies several connected buildings, some rooms are in an annex a few metres from reception.

The breakfast room is located in the basement of the main building, accessible by stairs. There is no restaurant, bar or lounge on site, and room service is not offered. A menu for ordering takeaway food is available in the room. A Turkish restaurant is next to the hotel, and many other dining options are within a five-minute walk on Tottenham Court Road.

There is no spa, swimming pool, gym, sauna or jacuzzi on the property. Leisure options are limited to the surrounding area, which includes the British Museum, West End theatres and shopping streets within walking distance.
