Located on a quiet tree-lined street in central London, the hotel is a three-minute walk from Paddington Station, providing Underground, mainline and Heathrow Express services. Hyde Park is within 10 minutes on foot, and Oxford Street is reached in 15 minutes. Madame Tussauds, Regent's Park and the West End are about 2 km away by foot or a short bus ride. The area offers several restaurants, pubs and convenience stores within a two-minute walk, making self-catering or dining out easy. For airport transfers, the Heathrow Express from Paddington takes 17 minutes, though the hotel itself does not operate a shuttle.

Rooms are compact with simple decor and include a private bathroom, satellite TV, direct-dial telephone, hairdryer, and tea/coffee making facilities. Some rooms have a fridge. The lack of air conditioning is compensated by supplied fans and opening windows. For light sleepers, rooms on higher floors and away from the lift and busy corridors are preferable due to limited soundproofing between floors. Road-facing rooms may also experience traffic noise. Basement rooms have no windows and are less suitable for extended stays. The hotel does not have a bar or restaurant beyond breakfast.

The continental buffet includes bread, cereals, yoghurt, fruit cocktail, cheese spreads, jam, Nutella, juice, tea and instant coffee. The cooked English breakfast consists of two fried eggs, one sausage, and baked beans (bacon is not always available). Breakfast service times are Monday-Thursday 07:30-09:30 and Friday-Sunday 08:00-10:00. The breakfast room is in the basement with no natural light. For a fuller or more varied meal, the surrounding streets offer several cafés and restaurants within a two-minute walk.

There are no wellness or leisure facilities within the hotel. Hyde Park is within 10 minutes on foot, offering jogging, walking and open-air relaxation. For sports or spa activities, guests will need to use external venues.

Free luggage storage is available both before check-in and after check-out, with tags provided for security. Ironing facilities can be requested from reception.
