The hotel is set in a quiet residential area yet remains central: Bellevue Palace and the Tiergarten park are within a 5-minute walk. The Bellevue S-Bahn station is about 600 metres away and reaches Berlin Main Station in 2 minutes. Bus routes run directly outside the property and connect to the city's major sights. The Brandenburg Gate and government quarter are about a 20-minute walk. For those arriving by car, some free street parking is available, but the garage must be reserved. The area offers several restaurants, bakeries, and a supermarket within a few minutes' walk, making self-catering easy.

Each room is fitted with air conditioning, a comfortable king-sized bed (two single mattresses side by side), a private bathroom with a rain shower and hairdryer, and a flat-screen TV. Rooms are carpeted and soundproofed. The space is compact: there is a small seating area but no wardrobe (only a few hangers), no desk, and very limited shelving - suitable for short stays. Some rooms face the railway tracks and can be noisy; requesting a room on the quieter street side is recommended. Windows open fully, but rooms on lower floors facing the train line can be loud. The bathroom is clean and well-maintained, though the ventilation fan may run continuously.

It includes organic products, vegan and gluten-free options, cold cuts, cheese, pastries, and hot drinks - no hot dishes are offered. There is no on-site restaurant; however, several Italian, Turkish, and Asian eateries are within a 5-minute walk, and a bakery is right next to the hotel.
