MOUNTAIN AIRE INN SEVIERVILLE - PIGEON FORGE, Sevierville

The hotel sits directly on the main parkway, providing simple access to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg attractions without being in the heaviest traffic zones. Smoky Mountain Opry is 3 km away, Dolly Parton's Stampede and Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies are within a short drive, and Dollywood is 10 km from the property. McGhee Tyson Airport is 50 km away. While the location is central for driving to most attractions, very few restaurants or shops are within comfortable walking distance; a car is essential. The main road brings some traffic noise, especially for rooms facing the front. Free private parking is available on-site and does not require a reservation.

All rooms include air conditioning, heating, a private bathroom with bath and shower, flat-screen TV with cable channels, a tea and coffee maker, and a hairdryer. Rooms also feature a microwave and refrigerator. Carpets are present throughout. Room types range from single and double rooms (with one or two beds) to larger suites - including a two-bedroom suite with a separate living area and a balcony, and a deluxe double room with a balcony. The hotel is older and the decor is basic, but rooms are consistently highlighted for their high level of cleanliness. Some rooms are described as compact, especially the bathrooms. The air conditioning unit is sometimes a wall unit near the bathroom, which can take longer to cool the entire room. For light sleepers, requesting a room away from the main road is advised due to potential traffic noise. Ground-floor rooms are available for easier access.

The hotel features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, open daily from 09:00 to 23:00 during the warmer months (typically spring through early fall). The pool area includes sun loungers and beach umbrellas, and there is a fence around the pool for safety. Pool towels are provided. For those who prefer dry land, there is a well-maintained garden with outdoor furniture and a picnic area. The pool closes for the winter season, so confirm availability for fall or spring stays.
