The hotel sits just off the main Parkway in Pigeon Forge, placing it within easy walking distance of Dolly Parton's Stampede Dinner Attraction, several fast-food and sit-down restaurants (Golden Corral, IHOP, Arby's, Reagan's House of Pancakes, and more are 0.3-1 km away), and the Pigeon Forge trolley station that serves Dollywood and the strip. Dollywood theme park is a 6-minute drive away, the LeConte Convention Center is 1.9 mi away, and Great Smoky Mountains National Park is a 13-minute drive. The hotel is set back from the main road, which helps reduce traffic noise at night.

All 97 rooms are standard, non-smoking units with a private bathroom, mini-fridge, microwave, flat-screen cable TV, hairdryer, and air conditioning. Rooms are compact, and bathrooms are notably small-the toilet is positioned very close to the wall. Beds are comfortable and well-maintained, with extra linens available at the front desk. Rooms do not have a separate bedroom, balcony, or jacuzzi tub. King rooms and handicap-accessible rooms are available on the first floor (subject to availability). Floors have carpeted hallways; some hall carpets show wear. There is no soundproofing between rooms or floors-noise from neighbors or above can carry.

The hotel does not have a restaurant and has discontinued breakfast service. A vending machine with drinks and snacks is available in the lobby, and free coffee is provided in the morning. Several dining options are within a short walk, including Golden Corral (0.5 km), IHOP (0.5 km), Pizza at the Cove (1 km), Reagan's House of Pancakes (0.5 km), Baskin-Robbins, and Smokies Cuban Cafe.

The seasonal outdoor swimming pool is open from mid-spring through early fall, with hours from 10:00 to 22:00. The pool area has sun loungers, beach chairs, and a fence for safety; pool/beach towels are provided. There is no indoor pool, hot tub, spa, or fitness center. A golf course is within 3 km (additional charge applies).
