For car users, free on-street parking is available on Hatch Street after 7pm weekdays and on Fitzwilliam Place at weekends; otherwise the discounted Q-Park at St Stephen's Green is a 10-minute walk.

The hotel offers double, twin, twin/double, and junior suite rooms. Junior suites include a two-seater fold-out sofa bed, suitable for two adults and two children. Room sizes vary significantly; some are described as very small, especially the bathrooms, while others are spacious with high ceilings. All rooms have a private bathroom with a shower, but water pressure can be weak on upper floors. Heating is via electric radiators, and some reports note slow warm-up or malfunctioning units. Rooms are carpeted, and many have large windows but lack blackout curtains. Lighting relies on side lamps, which can be dim. Tea and coffee makers are provided; no kettles. Earplugs are supplied due to noise from the nightclub. There are no balconies in any room.

The restaurant and bar occupy the ground floor, with a modern romantic ambiance.
