The Vozovna Žižkov tram stop is right outside the hotel, with frequent day and night trams connecting to the city centre in about 15 minutes and to O2 Arena in 10 minutes. Vitkov Hill, one of Prague's largest parks, is a short walk away. The neighbourhood offers several pubs, a Lidl supermarket within 5 minutes, and a pharmacy. The location is practical for car-free city access, though street-facing rooms can experience tram and traffic noise. The main train station is a short tram ride away, and the airport is about a 30-minute drive.

Rooms are generally spacious and feature air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a wardrobe, carpeted flooring, free toiletries, and a hairdryer. Some rooms have a balcony, a bathtub (upon request), or garden views. The triple rooms have three normal single beds, suitable for three adults or a family with young children. Room atmosphere is straightforward and functional, with white-dominated decor. The bed firmness can vary-some find it comfortable, others very firm. For light sleepers, requesting a room away from the main road is advisable to reduce tram and traffic noise. Daily housekeeping is available for an additional charge.

A rich buffet breakfast is available for an additional fee (approximately 8 EUR / 200 CZK), offering a standard Czech breakfast with sausages, scrambled eggs, pastries, and hot drinks.
