MYMINGA4 - HOTEL & SERVICED APARTMENTS, Munich

Located 38 km from Munich Airport, the hotel sits in a central yet quiet street with easy access to U-Bahn, buses, and trams. The historic Old Town, Asamkirche, and Marienplatz are within a 15-minute walk, and a wide selection of bars and restaurants line the immediate streets. Tram connections at the doorstep make car-free city exploration simple. The location scores well for walkability and public transport access, though paid on-site parking (€20/day, height-limited garage) is the only car parking option.

Accommodation includes single rooms (10-12 m², single bed 90x200 cm), double rooms (1 double bed), and twin rooms (2 single beds). All rooms feature air conditioning, soundproof walls, a minibar, a seating area, a work desk, and a TV. Rooms on lower floors or facing the street have been noted as less suitable for light sleepers. Garden-view rooms offer a quieter setting. Standard single rooms are compact; those needing more space should book a larger double category. Maintenance concerns such as dated furniture, worn mattresses, and moisture in bathrooms have been noted in some rooms.

The hotel does not serve full breakfast on site. Each day, a €5 voucher is given for breakfast at the bakery next door, which offers breads, cakes, and hot drinks. The lobby has a 24-hour free coffee and tea station, and occasionally small pastries or pretzels are put out in the morning. The on-site restaurant (Restaurant #1, open 17:00-00:00 daily) serves Italian, Mediterranean, pizza, German, international, and European cuisine. Numerous restaurants, cafés, and snack bars are within a 2-minute walk on the surrounding streets.

Free Wi-Fi is provided throughout the property. On-site private parking costs €20 per day (reservation not possible; garage entry height 1.90 m). Guests can use luggage storage (free, one bag per person, access until 22:00 on check-out day). The property has a lift and a stair lift for disabled access, as well as wheelchair-accessible rooms. A paid shuttle service, laundry service, and meeting/banquet facilities are offered. Express check-in/check-out and a safe deposit box are free. Pets are allowed with possible charges, and pet bowls are provided.
