Munich Central Station (Hauptbahnhof) is less than 1 km away, and the U4/U5 station at Theresienwiese is a 1-minute walk, providing direct connections across the city and to the airport via S-Bahn. Karlsplatz (Stachus) is a 15-minute walk, Marienplatz is 20 minutes on foot, and the Oktoberfest grounds are very close. The immediate area is lively with Asian, Arabic, and Mediterranean restaurants and shops, and a REWE supermarket is two blocks away.

Double and twin rooms offer a private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, air conditioning, soundproof walls, a work desk, flat-screen TV, heating, and carpeted floors. Blackout blinds are fitted, and some rooms have a balcony. Room access is by door code instead of a key. No kettles, mini-fridges, or safes are provided. The hotel is designed for practical, short stays; for longer visits, the lack of wardrobe space and basic furnishings may be noticeable. Rooms on higher floors tend to be quieter.

A continental buffet breakfast is served Monday to Friday from 06:30 to 10:00, and on weekends and holidays from 07:30 to 10:30, for a charge of €13.
