NEAR TERMINI STATION, Rome

The property sits in a city-centre building a 3-minute walk from Rome Termini Train Station and a 5-minute walk from Vittorio Emanuele Metro. Santa Maria Maggiore is 400 metres away, the Colosseum is 2 km, and Sapienza University is a 16-minute walk. The immediate area has many restaurants, bars, and small shops within 300 metres. Termini offers direct connections to both Rome airports, making it practical for travellers arriving or departing by train or bus. The neighbourhood around the station can feel less secure late at night; using the metro or a taxi for late returns is a reliable alternative to walking.

Rooms are compact, as expected for a central-city guest house, and are equipped with a private bathroom (shower, hairdryer, toilet), air conditioning, heating, electric kettle, work desk, and wardrobe. A flat-screen TV and free WiFi are standard. Some rooms open onto a balcony, while rooms facing the inner courtyard are noticeably quieter. Double rooms offer one double or two single beds; triple rooms accommodate two beds. The property is located on the 5th floor of a building with a very small lift suitable for one person with one suitcase. The overall feel is simple and practical, prioritising location and cleanliness over spaciousness.

The property does not have a restaurant or offer breakfast. Guests use the in-room electric kettle for hot drinks. The surrounding streets are full of small Italian restaurants, takeaway options, and bars, including Santa Maria Osteria Romana, Rosy, Al Fagianetto, and Trattoria Santi, all within 300 metres. Several basic supermarkets nearby sell food and drink for self-catering.

Free WiFi is available throughout the property, though signal strength can vary in some rooms. Daily cleaning is provided, and towels are changed regularly. Guests can leave luggage after check-out by arrangement. There is no parking, no airport shuttle, and no lift suitable for large suitcases. Payment is accepted by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, CartaSi, and UnionPay. The Rome city tax must be paid on site. Check-in is by appointment only (15:00-22:00) and requires calling the provided phone number upon arrival to receive the building access code.
