The neighbourhood is quiet and feels safe, yet it's well-connected for exploring Rome on foot or by metro. The Colosseum is about 15 minutes away on foot, and Termini Station is a 15-minute walk for train connections. Supermarkets, restaurants, and shops are within a 5-minute stroll, so daily errands and dining out are very convenient. The area is close to many attractions, and Ubers are readily available. For airport transfers, Fiumicino Airport is a 30-minute taxi ride, while Ciampino Airport is 13 km away and best reached by taxi. Parking is not available, so car-free stays are strongly recommended.

The apartment includes one separate bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) and an open-plan space containing a second double bed against a red wall and an L-shaped sofa with a double mattress, comfortably sleeping up to six. The private bathroom features both a bath and a shower, with a hairdryer and towels provided. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, and kitchenware, plus a coffee machine. A washing machine is available (no dryer), and essentials like coffee, tea, and cooking supplies are often provided. The living area has a dining table and seating area, and the balcony offers city views. Air conditioning and heating are available, and the apartment is noted for being spacious, quiet, and clean with high ceilings and good natural light. The sofa bed is best suited for a child rather than an adult for comfort.

Since there is no restaurant or breakfast provided at the property, guests have the option to prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen. The surrounding streets have a variety of dining choices - including Krishna 13, Al Cavallino Bianco, Vittorio * Spezie & Cucina, and others - all within a 5-minute walk. A supermarket is also just a few minutes away for groceries. This arrangement works well for families and groups who prefer flexibility with meals.

There is no spa or swimming pool on-site. However, a children's playground is located at the end of the block, making it suitable for families with kids. The property's central position means many of Rome's historic attractions, parks, and leisure venues are within a short walk or metro ride. Themed dinner nights and cooking classes can be arranged in the local area for an additional charge.
