ROME TERMINI ROOMS 4, Rome

The guest house sits in the real heart of Rome, three minutes from Santa Maria Maggiore and 700 metres from Termini station, giving direct rail and bus links to Ciampino Airport (14 km) and Fiumicino. Cavour metro is under 1 km away, and the Colosseum is a 15-minute walk. The area is well supplied with eateries including Ristorante coreano Hana and Trattoria Cecio, both 0.5 km away, and Mercato Centrale Roma at 0.5 km. The location is excellent for sightseeing on foot, but the neighbourhood can feel less safe late at night, so plan returns accordingly.

Dining is not available at the property. The surrounding streets offer a variety of cuisines within 0.5 km: Ristorante coreano Hana, Trattoria Cecio, Trattoria Monti, La Vecchia Conca Srl, Hua Lian, and Flavours of India Roma. Mercato Centrale Roma is a 5-minute walk away. Staff can give local restaurant recommendations. Guests should plan meals out or use the fridge in the shared hallway for self-catered food.

Wellness and leisure facilities are not present at this property. The central location places many of Rome's major sights - the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and central parks - within walking distance. For sports or spa needs, guests must rely on external city-centre options.

The property offers free WiFi (124 Mbps, suitable for streaming and video calls). A lift is present but may occasionally be out of order. Guests can use a fridge in the shared hallway. Luggage storage is available before check-in or after check-out, allowing free exploration. Daily room cleaning is provided, but towels and sheets are not changed during a stay. Check-in is handled by friendly staff who speak multiple languages and can advise on local restaurants. Payment must be made by card; cash requests may occur but card is the official option.
