Centrally positioned in Dun Laoghaire, 2 km from Sandycove Beach and a 2-minute walk from the DART station, connecting to Dublin city centre in 25 minutes.
The property sits on the main street, within a 5-minute walk of shops, restaurants, cafés and the harbour. The DART station is less than 2 minutes on foot, offering direct trains to Dublin city centre (25 min), Aviva Stadium and Howth. Airport bus 703 stops nearby. The Forty Foot bathing spot (0.5 km), Dun Laoghaire Pier and coastal promenade are all within a short stroll. Key supermarkets (Tesco) and a variety of dining options are immediately accessible, making the location very practical for eating out or self-catering.

Accommodation

Compact adults-only studios with private bathroom, kitchenette, pull-down double bed, and ample storage.
Each studio is a self-contained unit with a private shower, toilet and sink, plus a well-fitted kitchenette including hob, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and fridge. The double bed folds down from the wall, and the sofa behind it becomes a seating area when stowed. The rooms are minimalist and modern, with clever storage, a flat-screen TV, heating, and windows that can be opened. Because the bed and kitchenette share the same compact footprint, the space works well for one person but becomes very tight for two. Towels, bed linen, shampoo and soap are provided. Rooms on upper floors are accessible by lift.

The 24-hour front desk handles express check-in/out, concierge and luggage storage. A safety deposit box and lockers are available. Laundry is on site (€2.50 per cycle). Wheelchair access is provided (lift, grab rails, lowered sinks). The building is non-smoking, with designated smoking areas outside. Key cards are required for all doors, and CCTV and smoke alarms are present. Housekeeping and linen change occur every two weeks, not daily.
