Ocean Drive's restaurants, bars, and shops are a few minutes away, with eight eateries including Mega Pizza and Bolivar Restaurant within 300 metres. The area has a high location rating for nightlife and walkability, though the street can be noisy at weekends.

Room types are the Deluxe Studio Suite (queen bed, two futons, plus fold-out twin; sleeps up to 6), Premium Studio Apartment (queen bed and fold-out twin; sleeps up to 3), and Deluxe Studio Apartment (queen bed, futon, fold-out twin; sleeps up to 5).
