The Southernmost Point of the Continental USA is a 10-minute walk, and Fort Zachary Taylor Beach is less than 2 km away. The property provides free private parking in a lot 3 blocks away (at 420 Southard Street), so you can leave your car and walk or rent a bike to explore the entire island. The sun terraces and tropical garden offer a peaceful retreat from the buzz of Duval Street.

Room types range from compact doubles to a two-level Havana Suite (king + queen loft) that can accommodate up to 4 people. Some rooms open to the sundeck or garden, while others have a private patio with bistro seating or a garden-view porch. The Havana Suite has a tight spiral staircase to the loft - tall guests should watch their head. All rooms have private bathrooms (some with walk-in shower), toiletries, hairdryer, tea/coffee maker, and a ceiling fan.
