Nouvel Hotel is set in a quiet street just off Place de la Nation, where three metro lines (1, 2, 6, 9) and RER A & D meet. Gare de Lyon is a 5-minute metro ride or a 20-minute walk. RER A reaches Disneyland in about 30 minutes. Opéra Bastille is 2 km away, Pompidou Centre 4 km, and Notre Dame 4 km. Orly Airport is 13 km away; the RER B connection at Nation makes airport transfers straightforward. A supermarket, bakeries, and several restaurants are within 300 metres, and the area is safe to walk at night.

The hotel offers double, twin and triple rooms plus a two-bedroom apartment. Each room includes a private bathroom with a bath or shower, a desk, and a wardrobe. Rooms are compact and feature older decor - carpeted floors and wooden floorboards that can creak. Street-facing rooms may pick up noise from a nearby pub, especially during football matches. Garden-facing rooms are noticeably quieter. A fan is provided for cooling, but there is no air conditioning. Travel cots are available on request. Some rooms have a patio, but no balcony rooms exist.

Breakfast is served from 07:00 in the dining room or, during fine weather, in the garden courtyard. The buffet includes croissants, bread, cheese, cold cuts, cereal, yogurt, fruit, and a coffee machine. It is a simple continental offering - no hot dishes beyond boiled eggs.
