OCEAN MANOR 1100 INN, Ocean City

The inn sits across the street from the 11th Street boardwalk entrance, a mere 100-yard walk to the beach. Playland's Castaway Cove amusement park is a 4-minute stroll away, and the Ocean City Golf Course is 3 km distant. Nearby Asbury Avenue offers a wide selection of restaurants, from Jay's Crabshack to Voltaco's Italian Foods, as well as Starbucks and other cafes. Many shops and mini-golf are also within walking distance. Free on-site parking lets you park once and walk everywhere.

Accommodation types range from compact double rooms with a balcony to 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartments that include full kitchens, washer/dryer, and private patios. Standard hotel-style rooms include air conditioning, cable TV, mini-fridge, and microwave. Apartments have fully equipped kitchens with cookware, while some suites offer a kitchenette. Decor varies from updated, modern finishes to older, more basic furnishings. The elevator in the main building has been reported as occasionally out of service.

Ocean Manor 1100 Inn does not operate a restaurant or bar. However, the inn's central location places it within a 2-minute walk of numerous diverse restaurants, including Jay's Crabshack (seafood), Voltaco's Italian Foods, The Chatterbox, Blue Cactus, and Clancy's By the Sea. Quick bites and coffee are available at Starbucks (0.5 km) and TLC Polish Water Ice (0.5 km). Many guests enjoy cooking in their fully equipped apartment kitchens, dining on public patios or balconies. A coffee pod machine is provided in some rooms.

A seasonal outdoor heated swimming pool and a hot tub/jacuzzi are open from roughly Memorial Day (late May) to mid-October. The pool area includes lounge chairs, a sun terrace, and some shaded spots. The pool is adjacent to some cottage units but is subject to posted operating hours. Additional recreation includes Playland's Castaway Cove (4 minutes' walk) and the nearby beach and boardwalk for walking, biking, and amusement rides.
