OLA LIVING HOSTAL TETUAN, Madrid

Rooms are studio-style with a private bathroom, flat-screen TV with streaming services, mini fridge, air conditioning, heating, and a comfortable mattress. Single rooms include a desk, while double rooms offer one bed. Windows are frosted for privacy and open in a tilt-and-turn position only - they do not fully open. Some rooms have an industrial-feeling metal ceiling over the bed. Soundproofing between rooms and from communal areas is limited, so road-facing or staircase-adjacent rooms can be noisier. The compact layout works well for one or two travellers prioritising cleanliness, convenience, and modern essentials over space or sound isolation.

The hostal does not operate a restaurant, bar, or breakfast service. A vending machine in the entrance hall provides inexpensive coffee and snacks for a quick convenience. Within 2-5 minutes on foot, you will find Audrey Bread and Coffee (0.5 km), El Cafe de Numancia (0.5 km), and several nearby squares with bars and restaurants for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. A Dia supermarket right next door and a fruit shop nearby make self-catering easy. The upstairs common area has tables and seating suitable for takeaway meals or working.

No spa, pool, or gym facilities are available. The property's main leisure feature is the upstairs common area, which has comfortable seating, desks, plants, and a television - suitable for working, relaxing, or socialising. For outdoor recreation, there is a park nearby. The quiet residential neighbourhood itself offers a calm evening atmosphere after exploring the city.
