The hostel is 700 metres from Calle Princesa and 1 km from both Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor, placing you in the centre of Madrid's cultural and nightlife scene. The area is safe and well connected: Metro San Bernardo (line 4) is a short walk away, and the journey from Adolfo Suarez Madrid-Barajas Airport takes about 30 minutes by metro (line 8 to Nuevos Ministerios, then line 4 to San Bernardo). No airport shuttle is available. The walkable neighbourhood offers a quieter stay than the very core yet still within easy reach of Gran Vía, shops, and cafés. Parking is not available, so public transport or walking is recommended.

Accommodation ranges from 4-bed dorms to private double or twin rooms. All rooms include a wardrobe, and some feature a private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. Dorm beds have privacy curtains, individual reading lights, power sockets, and a personal shelf. Secure lockers are provided under the beds (bring your own padlock). Air conditioning and heating are available in all rooms, and the rooms are cleaned daily. Some rooms face the street and can be noisier; road-facing rooms may be less suitable for light sleepers. Storage space in the room includes a large locker and an under-bed drawer.

A daily breakfast offering includes churros, croissants, fresh fruit, coffee, and tea, available free of charge until 11:00. On many evenings, the hostel prepares a free dinner for guests - a social event that helps travellers connect. The shared kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, cookware, and ample fridge space (though fridge space can be limited at peak times). Several cafés, bars, and restaurants are within a 5-minute walk, including Cafe Moderno, Bar Jose, and La Taqueria de Birra. There is no restaurant on site.
