PALACE CANAL VIEW BY WONDERFUL ITALY, Venice

The property is just 600 metres from Venezia Santa Lucia Train Station, making arrival with luggage straightforward. The vaporetto water-bus station is steps away, providing direct access to St. Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge. Ca' d'Oro is a 12-minute walk, and the Rialto Bridge is 19 minutes on foot. Basilica San Marco is 2 km away. Venice Marco Polo Airport is 13 km from the property. The immediate area is filled with restaurants and shops, and a supermarket is within 100 metres. The setting is lively but the building itself is positioned in a relatively quiet side alley, reducing direct noise from the main thoroughfare.

The property offers double rooms and suites. Double rooms include one bed and a private bathroom with shower and bidet. Suites have a separate living room with a sofa bed, one bedroom, and one bathroom. Some suites include a balcony or terrace. Rooms designated as canal-view come with a balcony or terrace directly overlooking the Grand Canal; other rooms face an interior courtyard or a brick wall and may have limited natural light. Air conditioning and heating are provided. Each room has a flat-screen TV and a wardrobe. A mini fridge is available in some rooms. The shared kitchen is equipped with utensils, a refrigerator, and basic cookware. Some rooms have a private outdoor terrace with furniture. Rooms vary in size-some are spacious, while others, particularly the interior-facing ones, are compact. Road-facing or canal-facing rooms can be lively, but windows and glass doors block most noise when closed. Comfortable beds and modern bathrooms are standard, though some bathrooms may have visible mould or need deeper cleaning. Storage space is limited; there are no dressers or drawers, and some rooms lack a kettle.

There is no breakfast service available at the property. The shared kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and a refrigerator, allowing self-catering. A supermarket is within 100 metres, and at least eight restaurants are within 0.5 km, including Ciccheteria venexiana da Luca e Fred, Ristorante Pedrocchi, Gam Gam Kosher Restaurant, and Trattoria Vittoria. Several cafés are also within walking distance for morning coffee or pastries.

Boating activities are available in the surrounding canals. The property's outdoor terrace and courtyard provide a space for relaxation, with the ground-floor common area directly overlooking the Grand Canal. No pool, spa, gym, or organised leisure facilities are present.
