The hotel is on a quiet street despite its central location, with easy access to all major landmarks on foot.

Accommodation ranges from classic double rooms with antique wooden furniture to spacious apartments like the Scudi apartment with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a washing machine, and a kitchen. Some rooms offer canal views. All units are located on the 3rd or 4th floor with no lift. Bathrooms are private in select rooms; others share well-maintained facilities. Rooms come with tiled floors, heating, free toiletries, and some include a seating area, wardrobe, and flat-screen TV. No balconies are available.

Breakfast includes fresh croissants, bread, cold cuts, cheese, yogurt, fruit, boiled eggs, and made-to-order coffee (cappuccino, espresso). Gluten-free alternatives are available on request.
