The hotel is centrally located on Calle dei Fabbri, directly between St. Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge - both are about 500 metres away. The nearest vaporetto stops are Rialto and San Marco, each reachable in about 5 minutes on foot, providing direct waterbus connections to Marco Polo Airport via the Alilaguna Orange and Blue lines. The area is packed with restaurants, cafés and shops, and is well-lit and busy even at night. Cars cannot enter the centre; the closest parking is at Piazzale Roma or Tronchetto, a 30-minute walk away. Water taxi from the airport takes about 30 minutes; public shuttle boats take about 60-90 minutes. The last Alilaguna Orange departure from the airport is at 23:45.

Rooms in the main building (classic and superior) include air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, minibar, safe, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom with hairdryer. Classic and superior rooms are on the first floor only and have lift access. Annex rooms are in a separate building 10 metres away, on the second and third floors (lift available), and many offer canal views - but some rely on portable air conditioning and may be older or more basic. Apartments (2-bedroom and 3-bedroom) are in a separate building on Calle dei Fabbri; they include kitchen facilities, a washing machine, and are on the third floor with lift. Room sizes vary: some double rooms are compact, while apartments are spacious. A 150 cm wide double bed is standard for 2 people; larger families or groups should book a family room or apartment.

Breakfast costs €10 per person and is served at the Hotel Bella Venezia, located on the same street. The buffet is generous and varied, often praised for quality and value.
