B&B LE MARIE, Venice

B&B Le Marie is in the heart of Venice's Castello district, directly on a quiet canal and a short walk from both Rialto Bridge and St. Mark's Square. Numerous restaurants, bars, and shops are within 100 metres. From Marco Polo Airport, take the Alilaguna boat to Rialto or F. Nuove/Ospedale, then walk 5-7 minutes. Alternatively, take the ATVO bus to Piazzale Roma, then a Vaporetto to Rialto. The property has no parking; Venice is car-free. The area is central yet peaceful, and rooms with canal views offer a memorable outlook.

The rooms are furnished in traditional Venetian style and include a private bathroom with a shower, bidet, and hairdryer. Each room has a safe deposit box, and canal-view rooms offer large windows overlooking the water. Bedding consists of two single beds that can be joined as a double or kept separate, upon request. The rooms are spacious, with high ceilings in many. Some rooms have a minibar and soundproofing. Note that there is no kitchenette, no tea/coffee-making facilities, and no balcony. Extra beds cannot be added. The entire property is non-smoking.

Despite the 'B&B' name, breakfast is not served at this property, and there is no on-site restaurant, bar, or cafe. Guests needing a morning meal should plan to eat at one of the many trattorias, cafes, and bakeries nearby - all within a 2-3 minute walk. Restaurants such as Ai Barbacani, Trattoria Da Gigi, Ristorante da Sabrina, Da Carletto, Basium, and Pasta & Pasta are all about 0.5 km away. A Coop supermarket is also close by. There are no shared kitchen facilities for guest use.
