The hotel is a short walk from the Promenade des Anglais (5 minutes) and the beach. Nice Ville train station is 900 metres away (12-15 minutes on foot). Tram line2 from the airport (Terminal2) stops at Jean Medecin, a 6-minute walk from the hotel. Numerous restaurants, shops, and cultural attractions are within a few blocks. The neighbourhood is quiet at night despite its central location.

All rooms are air-conditioned, soundproofed, and equipped with a flat-screen TV, minibar, tea/coffee maker, and private bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Single rooms are on the first floor. Double rooms offer city views. The Double Terrace and Suite categories include a private terrace of up to 40m2. The family suite features a kitchenette with fridge. Rooms are clean and comfortable; some have lower headroom on the top floor. Housekeeping is provided on request.
