The surrounding district is safe and lively, with dozens of restaurants, cafés, and shops within a 2-minute walk, including Caffe Amerini and Trattoria Coco Lezzone. Despite the central position, the apartment is noted for being quiet at night due to its internal courtyard position.

The apartment spans two levels and includes two private bedrooms plus a sofa bed in the living area, comfortably sleeping up to 4-5 people. Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower and bidet, with one on each floor for convenience. The master bedroom is in a mezzanine with exposed wooden beams. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, and all cookware - suitable for preparing full meals. The living area has a flat-screen TV, dining table, and a terrace with views over Florence rooftops, including the Duomo. Parquet floors and air conditioning are provided. Beds and the sofa bed are described as very comfortable. A cot is available on request.
