The hotel sits in a well-served residential neighbourhood, 500 metres from Daumesnil Metro Station (line 8) and a 20-minute walk from Gare de Lyon. AccorHotels Arena is 15 minutes away on foot, making this a practical choice for event-goers. A bus stop is located directly outside the hotel, offering a direct route to Gare de Lyon. Metro line 8 provides a 20-minute journey to Notre Dame Cathedral, and Orly Airport is a 20-minute drive. The area is quiet, residential and safe, with several supermarkets, bakeries, cafés and restaurants within a few minutes' walk, as well as a street market on certain days. The surrounding streets are also served by a Velib bike-sharing station.

Rooms are small and furnished in an older style, but include a private bathroom with shower, free toiletries, a wardrobe and a flat-screen TV. The mattress is generally comfortable, and daily housekeeping keeps the room tidy. However, the rooms are not modernised: some have dated decor, worn carpets, and limited electrical outlets (often only one, located near the door). There is no air conditioning or fan, and opening the window may let in street noise until late. Street-facing rooms can be particularly noisy; courtyard rooms are significantly quieter. The bathroom is very compact, with a half-width shower screen, and some rooms have had mould or damp issues. There is no hairdryer provided. Most rooms have poor soundproofing, so noise from neighbouring rooms and the corridor can carry.

Breakfast is a simple continental offering (bread, croissant, butter, jam, and a hot drink) served in the dining room. It must be ordered and paid the day before, and costs 7 EUR per person. For a fuller meal, the surrounding streets are lined with a variety of restaurants, including Asian, Italian and Moroccan options, as well as several bakeries and supermarkets within a 5-minute walk.

Leisure facilities are not available on-site. The surrounding area offers parks and the Coulée Verte, a 5 km elevated park and walking path, within easy walking distance.
