The metro and multiple bus stops are within a 2-minute walk, making it easy to reach all major Paris attractions without a car. Galeries Lafayette is a 20-minute walk. Gare du Nord is 3 km away (about 20 minutes by metro). Taxi costs from airports: Orly about €44, CDG about €56. The neighbourhood is safe and lively with many restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets within a short walk.

The property offers rooms for 1 or 2 people, with a single triple room available.
