The hotel is set in the heart of the 9th arrondissement, directly behind Galeries Lafayette. Havre-Caumartin Metro (line 9) is a 3-minute walk, providing direct access to the Eiffel Tower. RER Auber station is across the street via Galeries Lafayette, giving convenient rail access to Disneyland and both CDG and Orly airports. Saint-Lazare train station is also within a few minutes' walk. The area is lively with countless restaurants, cafes, and shops, and feels safe even late at night. Uber and Lime bikes are widely available, and supermarkets are close by for any essentials. For those driving, no hotel parking exists; a public parking garage is 93 Rue de Provence.

All rooms have been recently modernized and feature clean, fresh decor with carpeted floors. Each room includes a private bathroom with a shower or bath, hairdryer, and free toiletries. In-room amenities: flat-screen TV with satellite channels and Netflix, air conditioning, heating, a safety deposit box, a wardrobe, a desk, ironing facilities, and a tea and coffee maker. Twin rooms offer two single beds. Single rooms are compact and best suited for 1 person and a short stay. Double and twin rooms provide more space, though room sizes are typical for central Paris. Rooms on lower floors tend to be quieter. A small elevator serves the building, but it is very compact and may not fit two people with large luggage. Please note that no balconies are available, and some rooms on the 5th floor have dormer windows (velux) rather than a regular accessible window.

Breakfast is a continental buffet served until 10:00, including fresh bread, croissants, pain au chocolat, cereals, cheeses, ham, boiled eggs (self-boil steamer), fruit salad, yoghurt, orange juice, and good-quality coffee.
