Fontana metro station is approximately 350 m away, providing direct access to the city centre. Diagonal Avenue and Passeig de Gracia are within a 15-minute walk on foot. The location is well served by public transport: a Lidl supermarket is just 100 m from the rooms, and several cafés and restaurants (such as La Petite Champagnerie, Indochine, Antigua and Restaurante Fastuc) are within a 0.5 km radius. For airport transfers, a Bolt ride costs around €25 and takes 20-30 minutes. The neighbourhood is known for being quiet, which helps offset the property's street noise.

Rooms are compact but functional. Each room includes a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, fridge, wardrobe, tiled floors, heating, air conditioning (timer-based, may switch off after 30 minutes), a trouser press, and free toiletries. The bathrooms vary: most are inside the room, but a few rooms have a private external bathroom just outside the room. All have a shower, hairdryer and some provide bath towels, but shampoo and soap are not always supplied (some rooms do include them). The room decor is basic and dated, with thin walls and single-glazed windows - noise from neighbouring rooms and the street is common. For better sleep, rooms away from the street may be slightly quieter, but overall soundproofing is poor. The triple room is very tight, with limited space for luggage. Wardrobes in some rooms may be unstable. Housekeeping is daily on request, though towel replacement may not be automatic. A small fridge, a common kitchenette with microwave and a lounge area are available.

The breakfast offers a decent choice of bread, cold cuts, cheese, jams, packaged pastries, cakes, fruit, toast, eggs, and tea/coffee. The selection is basic and the same daily, with limited vegetarian options. The cost of €6 is fair for the variety. There is no restaurant or bar on site. However, the surrounding neighbourhood (0.5 km away) has numerous dining options including La Petite Champagnerie, Indochine, Antigua, Restaurante Fastuc, ROMA, KoHaku, Ovo cafe&restaurant and Monocrom - offering both local and international cuisine for those who prefer to eat out.
