Park Lane Suites & Inn is set in a quiet, leafy area within walking distance of downtown (about 15 minutes), Washington Park, the Japanese Gardens, and the Rose Garden. It is situated less than 2 km from the Oregon Symphony and the Portland Art Museum, and near Interstate 405. The property is 20 minutes by car from PDX without traffic, or about an hour via the MAX Red Line. The surrounding area offers many restaurants, shops, cafés (B Street Coffee House, Starbucks, Dutch Bros), and grocery stores within a few blocks. The tram stop is close to the stadium. Walking along the hill can be challenging, especially with luggage.

Suites feature a separate living area with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, full-size refrigerator, microwave, cookware, dishes), and often include a dishwasher. Two-bedroom suites have two queen bedrooms plus a sofa sleeper. All rooms are non-smoking. Noise from neighbours and outside is common due to thin walls. Rooms in the Inn building (across the street) have outdoor corridors and can be noisier, especially those near staircases. Top-floor rooms reduce footstep noise, while lower-level rooms may experience more street noise.
