Downtown Portland is a short drive away, and several restaurants and shops are within 2 km at Cascade Station. Transport planning is easy with the 24-hour free airport shuttle running on a set schedule; signing up at check-in is required for the 3am-11am window, but the shuttle operates around the clock. The immediate area is safe for walking a dog, but the nearest store/restaurant is about a 15-minute walk on dimly lit roads.

Each room is equipped with tea and coffee-making facilities, a hairdryer, iron with board, and alarm clock. The property is older and the decor is dated, but rooms are generally clean.
