The hotel is 900 metres from Nice Côte d'Azur Airport Terminal 1, reachable via three tram stops lines 3 or B. The tram stop is a 3-4 minute walk away. The city centre is about a 30-minute tram journey, while the Nice Saint-Augustin train station (for TER regional trains) is a 5-minute tram ride. Allianz Riviera Stadium is 4 km away, and Nice-Ville main train station is about 8 km. The immediate area is a dense, mixed-use residential district close to a major motorway junction. Several bakeries, a fresh produce market, and a Lidl supermarket are within walking distance.

All units - studios, double rooms, and twin rooms - share an identical layout: a private bathroom with shower, a kitchenette equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, and cookware. Each room includes a wardrobe, dressing area, dining table, flat-screen TV, and air conditioning (fans are provided; air conditioning units were being installed from mid-September). Soundproofed walls help reduce noise between rooms. Rooms are generally compact. The double room has one double bed; the twin room has two single beds; the studio may have one or two beds. Connecting rooms are not available.

The hotel does not operate a restaurant or serve breakfast. Each room features a full kitchenette to prepare own meals. A 24-hour vending machine with drinks is available. Free coffee machines are available on site 24 hours. Several bakeries (including one directly opposite) and cafes are within a short walk, offering fresh bread, pastries, and takeaway options.
