The hostel is on a quiet side street in the Chinatown area, a short walk from Yaowarat Road and its markets. The MRT station is about 10-15 minutes on foot, and bus stops are nearby. 26 km from Don Mueang International Airport. Several 7-Eleven stores and a variety of local restaurants are within a few minutes' walk. A car is not needed for central Bangkok exploration, but the immediate area has limited nightlife outside of Chinatown.

Room types include double, twin, quadruple, family, and dormitory options, each with air conditioning, a washing machine, and either a private or shared bathroom. Some rooms have a bidet and a hairdryer. Rooms are compact but clean, with a desk, hypoallergenic bedding, and a safety deposit box. Some rooms lack an external window or have a blocked view, making them feel darker. Rooms near the entrance or exit door can be noisy due to the door alarm system. The family room with 4 or 6 beds has a shared bathroom. Allergy-free rooms available. The private double rooms are suitable for couples or solo travelers, while the family rooms work for groups. The overall atmosphere is quiet and simple.

The hostel does not have its own restaurant. For dining, the surrounding Chinatown area offers a wide range of street food and casual restaurants such as Suki Chalermnakorn, Ann Guay Tiew Kua Gai, and Jay Fai (Michelin-starred street food). Several 7-Eleven convenience stores are also nearby for snacks and drinks. Free bottled water is provided in each room. A shared kitchenette with a kettle, fridge, and coffee is available on the ground floor.

The property has an outdoor dining area with garden furniture and a shared lounge/TV room. No pool, gym, spa, or fitness facilities are present. The quiet courtyard offers a place to relax without leaving the premises. The surrounding area provides walking access to temples and markets.

Free WiFi is available in public areas. The reception desk is staffed from 06:00 to 23:00; outside those hours, self-check-in with a key code is used. Luggage storage is available for free for the first 7 days, then 50 THB per bag per day.
