The hostel occupies a calm side street in La Latina, one of Madrid's most characterful neighbourhoods, with the Puerta de Toledo metro station just 5 minutes away. It is a 10-15 minute walk to Plaza Mayor and Mercado San Miguel. The C1 and C2 bus lines from the nearby stop provide direct connections to Atocha station and other transport hubs. For airport access, the fastest route is metro: take line 5 from Puerta de Toledo to Alonso Martínez, then line 10 to Nuevos Ministerios, and finally line 8 to the airport. Taxis are available 24 hours. The area is safe and pedestrian-friendly, with multiple restaurants and bars within a 2-minute walk.

Rooms are all en-suite, with a private bathroom containing a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. The smallest room sleeps 4, while larger options include 6-bed, 8-bed, and 12-bed dorms. A female-only dorm is available. Each bed has a privacy curtain, individual reading light, nearby power outlet (USB/standard), and a personal locker under the bed (30x90x95 cm) operated by the key card. Extra lockers in the corridor cost €1. Air conditioning and soundproofing are standard. Some rooms have no windows or only narrow windows that cannot be opened, which can lead to a humid or stale smell. The 4-bed rooms are noticeably more spacious than the 8- and 12-bed rooms, where floor space is very tight.

Breakfast is a self-service buffet with bread, pastries, cheese, fruit, yogurt, juice, and hot drinks. Plant-based options are available. The breakfast area is small and can get crowded. For other meals, there is no restaurant or cooking kitchen on site. The shared kitchenette offers a microwave, kettle, toaster, and a small fridge. A snack bar and vending machine provide basic drinks and snacks.

A public bath is available on site at no extra cost. The hostel organises paid activities including pub crawls, walking tours, and tickets to city attractions such as the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium tour and Flamenco shows. Bicycle hire is also offered for an additional charge. The common lounge has a TV and vending machine, but seating is limited. The area around the hostel has several parks, including Casa de Campo, a 19-minute walk away.
