The hotel sits on a small quiet side street, just 2 minutes from the Spanish Steps and Spagna Metro station, which connects to Termini in three stops. The surrounding area is home to designer boutiques, international restaurants, and historic cafés. Trevi Fountain, Piazza del Popolo, Villa Borghese, and Via Veneto are all within easy walking distance. Pantheon and Piazza Venezia are a short stroll, while St. Peter's and the Vatican are a brief metro ride away. Fiumicino Airport is reachable via the Leonardo Express train to Termini (€11) plus three metro stops, or by fixed-price taxi (€48). Ciampino Airport taxi costs €35. For drivers, parking is only available at off-site garages 20 minutes away, with no luggage drop-off after certain hours.

Rooms range from Economy Doubles to Superior Doubles/Triples, each with its own character and recently refurbished furnishings. All include a private bathroom with hairdryer and courtesy kit, individually controlled heating and cooling, a minibar, tea/coffee maker, safe deposit box, and electric kettle. Superior rooms add hydro-massage baths or showers. Some rooms overlook the lively street, while others face an internal courtyard - the latter tend to be quieter. Economy Double beds are smaller and not suitable for two adults plus a child. Standard and Superior rooms can accommodate a crib free of charge. Every room has at least one window, and the hotel has a lift. Some room interiors are practical and compact rather than luxurious, and a few rooms have low natural light.
