The immediate area includes several restaurants and a supermarket within a 5-minute walk. The street leading to the hotel is on a slight hill, which may be challenging for those with mobility concerns.

Room sizes vary from 18 to 22 m2. Some rooms include a balcony with views of St. Peter's Basilica, and certain rooms have connecting doors suitable for families (available on request). The penthouse offers the best views. Noise can be an issue: walls are not soundproofed, and rooms near reception or on lower floors may hear foot traffic from the rooftop bar or corridor noise. Rooms away from the road and overlooking the internal garden are quieter. Some rooms may have a frosted ground-floor window or a pillar; requesting a higher floor or garden view is recommended. Storage is limited to hangers only in most rooms, so living from a suitcase is expected. The lift is very small (fits 2-4 people) and the elevator to the right wing may not function reliably.
