A 7-minute drive takes you to San Francesco parking, with an escalator leading directly into the old town. The walk into Siena is scenic but involves some uphill sections on the return.

Breakfast is a hearty buffet with a wide selection: homemade cakes, pastries, fresh bread, cheeses, cold cuts, eggs, yogurt, granola, fresh fruit, homemade jams, and drinks including coffee, cappuccino, juices, and tea. It is served in the dining room until May, then outdoors under a pergola on the terrace from May through October, often at a long communal table.
