The area is walkable, with a park and playground just a minute away. The quiet street setting is a plus, though ground-floor apartments can experience noise from the street. Street parking is available for those arriving by car.

Each apartment includes a private entrance, a seating area with a flat-screen TV (cable channels), soundproof walls, and parquet or carpeted floors. Bed configurations vary: 1-bedroom units (2 beds), 2-bedroom units (up to 5 beds), and larger layouts with sofa beds. All apartments have a well-equipped kitchen (stovetop, refrigerator, oven, kitchenware, tea/coffee maker) and a private bathroom with bath or shower. Some units feature a washing machine and outdoor furniture on a balcony. While the apartments are spacious, some are older and basic in decor. Lower-floor rooms can be noisy from the street and hallway; upper floors involve a stair climb. Heating is provided, but top-floor units can be cold in winter and poorly insulated. A free baby cot is available.
